📦 Important Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are sent by email 3–7 business days after your order — not immediately
- Allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan and update
- International orders may show gaps in tracking while moving between countries — this is normal
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it — check with neighbours and your local post office first
- During peak seasons tracking updates may be slower than usual

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is dispatched — usually 3–7 business days after ordering. Check your spam folder if not received. You can also log in to My Account to check your order status.
Tracking shows no movement — is my order lost?
This is normal for the first 24–72 hours. International orders can also go several days without updates while in transit between countries. If there are no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
My order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Check around your property, with neighbours, and at your local post office. Packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early. If still not found within 48 hours, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
My order is stuck at customs — what should I do?
International orders sometimes require customs clearance which can take 3–10 additional business days. Your local customs authority may contact you to pay import duties. These fees are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days and international orders within 10–18 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are generally not possible once an order is placed. Email us immediately at [email protected] and we will try to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.
