Return and Exchange Policy – MF DOOM Merch

Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition — unwashed, unworn, and unused. Washed, worn, or used items will not be accepted. Please include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID with the return.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving it. Please include your order number and a description or images of the damage. After we verify the issue, we will replace the item with the same item, or refund the product purchase price minus a $15 USD shipping deduction. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-damaged items

Non-damaged items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in original condition for a refund. A restocking fee of 4.99% applies to the refund amount for returns for reasons other than damage.

Return postage and shipping charges

Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return and refund process above and place a new order for the item you want. This does not change the replacement option for defective or damaged items described above — defective or damaged items may be replaced with the same item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of ordering. Please see our Refund and Cancellations Policy for full details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method.
